Veterans and Military Benefits

Indiana Business College accepts all types of veterans and military benefits from every branch of the armed forces. If you are a veteran or currently active in the military, you may access general information about your benefits by calling 1-888-GIBILL-1 (1-888-442-4551) or visiting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs website.

Generally the first step to applying for benefits is filling out a Form 22-1990. However, there may be a few other forms that will need to be filled out, so it is strongly suggested that you call or e-mail Veterans Affairs to find out specifically what steps to take. You are able to locate most forms that will be needed by going to the website above. Click on Education and then Education Forms on the left side of the page.

If you have a service-connected disability, you may be eligible for vocational rehabilitation benefits. You may call 1-800-827-1000 with any questions you may have concerning vocational rehabilitation.

Imagine America Military Award

If you are an active duty member, honorably discharged or retired veteran of a United States military service branch you may also qualify for the Imagine America Military Award Program. This program helps those in the military receive career education as a means to transitioning into civilian life.
